With the curtains coming down on the year 2024, we at IndusGuru find ourselves reflecting on a year that was full of challenges, lessons, and most importantly, growth. This journey was not without a fair amount of challenges, but each step forward reflected the resilience and commitment of our dedicated team and partners.

The remarkable growth of IndusGuru Network Partners in 2024 served as a powerful testament to our capabilities. In line with our core vision of building a world-class expertise network, we expanded the breadth and depth of our network and now our talent pool comprises over 4000 professionals.


We also took significant strides in our journey toward becoming a significant global player in on-demand talent solutions. We scaled up our US business, contributing to 16% of our revenues, highlighting our growing international presence. Strengthening our position as a one-stop talent platform for experienced professionals, we expanded our services into leadership recruitment and supported clients with Acqui-hiring mandates.

Riding the wave of emerging industry trends, we are building a stellar expert base and project opportunities in cutting-edge areas such as Generative AI, semiconductors, and GCC setup and scaleup.


IndusGuru also gained widespread recognition in the media with PR efforts highlighting our innovative services, industry insights, and success stories. One of the most meaningful moments from last year was bringing on board a distinguished Advisory Council. This council consists of Srijata Sengupta, Sundeep Kripalani and Sandeep Jain. The culmination of our online platform redesign 2024 was unveiled in the first month of 2025, on 1st January. Featuring a sleek, modern design complemented by dynamic moving visuals, the revamped website is a testament to our commitment to innovation and global connectivity.
