We are thrilled to welcome you to a new and revamped IndusVani! It is our Quarterly Newsletter specially curated for our consultants. We look forward to sharing with you about IndusGuru’s highlights over the last Quarter and celebrate our continuous growth together as a community.
This particular edition is special because with this we are officially launching engagement initiatives for our consultants. This year, we’ve so far successfully carried out an in-person networking event for our Mumbai based consultants in April & an online event for our Technology & Digital Consultants in June, with many more to come.
Through this Newsletter, we hope to give you a meaningful glimpse into the work we do as IndusGuru everyday.
1. Our client was a Boutique Consulting Firm, based in Dubai. They were looking for an expert who would be leading the Transformation & Reengineering in the Textile Manufacturing Industry for their clients. For this project, our team took on the task of finding a highly specialized consultant who had expertise as a Project Manager for Transformation and Reengineering in the Manufacturing Industry, as well as of pitching solutions to Clients. They would also be needed to accommodate frequent travel to Dubai. This endeavor was noteworthy as it involved collaborating with a newly launched consulting firm.
2. The client is an Indian Multinational conglomerate in Heavy Engineering Services. They had a requirement for a PLM Expert for a digital transformation project to implement the PLM workstream. Our client was seeking a seasoned expert with extensive experience in product lifecycle management to enable an autonomous integrated factory where AI is driving process and asset optimization. We are delighted to announce that we successfully onboarded the perfect candidate for this role, a highly experienced consultant with decades of PLM expertise.
For this Quarter’s recommended resource, we would like to share a Homegrown Leadership podcast. Play to Potential is hosted by Deepak Jayaraman – Executive Coach & CEO of Transition Insight – alumnus of IIT Madras, IIM Ahmedabad and London Business School.
We recommend this, as it is insightful just as much for handling transitions in life as it is for handling transitions in business. As freelancers, who take on varied paths of interest, the themes touched upon in the podcast like – Staying Relevant, Personal Brand, Gig Economy, etc – we think will be a useful resource in your journey.
The podcast has conversations with diverse types of leaders – from business to sports to social impact. You can find the list of all guests here. It is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts & all other major Podcast platforms. You can also hear episodes through their website – here.
